With LiveBalloon you can create foto stories, collections of
fotos with speech bubbles or balloons. Just insert or drag & drop some of your
most valued digital fotos into the application, arrange them and add some
balloons. Within minutes you can create your first foto story or comic page.
There is no installation necessary. Just copy the LiveBalloon files
to your harddisk and start the application. You need to have the
.Net Framework installed. You can get it here.
To uninstall
delete all the files.
Note: Unless you know how to change the permissions on .Net
assemblies, copy the files to a local disk.
